Sakeduq Partnerships reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who engages in unauthorized access, data harvesting, or any behavior that compromises the integrity of our partnership ecosystem. We do not permit automated scripting or scraping of our collaborator directories.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to sakeduq.com are protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary laws. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any part of this site—except for the designated promotional materials provided to active partners—is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Sakeduq Partnerships be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the conduct of any third-party event partner. While we vet all participants for professional alignment, the final execution of any event or partnership is the sole responsibility of the participating entities.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of Sakeduq Partnerships services that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
